ScheduleCare provides a prepaid block of hours dedicated to regularly scheduled on-site service, whether weekly or monthly.

Extended Support Agreements
New Media Hollywood offers flexible Extended Support Agreements designed to keep your media operations running smoothly and with minimal downtime. Our support plans can include on-site service, 24-hour response, and access to loaner or replacement equipment—giving you confidence and continuity when it matters most.
SecureCare Pro is our premium support package, offering a 4–8 hour guaranteed response window, full coverage of parts and labor, two annual preventative maintenance visits, and 24/7 support options. Loaner equipment is included when necessary, and coverage is subject to a site inspection.
SecureCare One provides reliable on-site service with a one-business-day guaranteed response time and two preventative maintenance visits per year. Labor is included, and parts under warranty are expedited. While software support is not included, rental equipment may be available if manufacturer delays occur.

New Media Hollywood proudly offers AppleCare for Enterprise—a powerful support solution designed for organizations deploying Apple at scale.
AppleCare for Enterprise provides priority onsite service, 24/7 technical support, and next-business-day device replacements for your Apple hardware. It also includes support for IT departments and end users, plus integration assistance with key Apple services.
Whether you're rolling out Macs across a creative department or managing iPads in the field, AppleCare for Enterprise helps keep your team up and running with expert support and minimized downtime.

Service Rates
- Technical Support: $195/hour
- SAN and Network Support: $225/hour
- System Design and Engineering: $225/hour
- Software Programming: $195-$275/hour
- In-house Hardware Diagnostic Fee: $95
- Equipment Pick-Up or Delivery: $60/trip + $10/mile
New Media Hollywood Service Center
Our in-house service center can fix almost any technical problem at our normal service rates. Contact our service department to schedule an appointment to bring in your equipment for an estimate or to schedule a service visit.
Additional Information
- Normal service and support hours are 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday-Friday
- Standard phone, email, and remote support is billed in 15-minute increments
- After-hours phone, email, and remote support is billed in 30-minute increments
- Onsite assistance between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM and weekends billed at 1.5x
- Two-hour minimum for onsite support
- Prior arrangements are required for after-hours work
- System Integration is available with rates depending on the size of the installation
